Camp Fresh is the primary organization that provides a voluntary, intensive program of intervention for homeless veterans and has developed a transitional housing program, which provides supportive services to individuals to prepare them for permanent living and working situations. About Second Chance Outreach Life Center
The Second Chance Outreach Life Center is a cornerstone effort of Camp Fresh, specifically tailored to provide permanent supportive housing and services for veterans and disabled men and women who have experienced chronic homelessness. By providing stable housing alongside extensive wraparound care, we ensure a safe harbor for the journey of restoration.
Our approach integrates professional case management and life-skills coaching, providing access to 8 career paths designed to navigate the complexities of daily transitions. This stable environment is more than just a residence; it is a community where veterans and disabled men and women are given the tools and mentorship necessary to rebuild their lives from the ground up.
Through this outreach life center, we emphasize that a history of hardship doesn't define a person’s future. We are committed to fostering pathways to long-term stability, ensuring that every veteran and disabled man or woman we serve feels seen, respected, and empowered to write their next chapter with dignity.
About New Beginning Word Center Global Outreach Ministry
The New Beginning Word Center Global Outreach Ministry is the dedicated faith-based partner of Camp Fresh and Second Chance, providing spiritual care and outreach for veterans and disabled men and women that are both connected and not connected to our program. This ministry works hand in hand with our main organization to care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
