The Second Chance Outreach Life Center is dedicated to helping people who are homeless, hungry, or struggling with substance abuse, with a special focus on veterans and disabled adults.
Supportive Housing
We provide housing that creates a safe and stable environment where individuals can begin rebuilding their lives. Residents are connected to essential services and offered opportunities to grow through eight different career paths designed to support long-term independence. Our program encourages a structured daily routine that includes community meals and shared activities , fostering a sense of belonging and accountability. We offer full wraparound care, including case management and life skills training, to support every step of your journey with the goal of providing safe, permanent housing.

Our Future Home
We hope to expand our vision to better serve our community. Our future facility will feature 12 acres of supportive housing designed specifically for veterans and disabled adults. Alongside supportive housing, Second Chance Life Center will offer activities like basketball, hair services, restaurants, gym, football, water therapy, etc. Â as part of the program, fostering health, connection, and a clear path toward independence.
